Editing a quota
You can use the Edit Quota dialog box to specify the threshold, and hard or soft limits on the amount of disk space and the number of files that can be used.
Steps 
1.
From the Home tab, double-click the appropriate storage system to display a subtree of management features.
2.
Click Storage > Quotas.
3.
Select a quota from the quota list and click Edit.
4.
In the Edit Quota dialog box, you can perform the following changes:
•
On the General tab, you can view more details about a selected quota.
•
On the Disk tab, you can specify the threshold, and a hard or soft limit on the amount of disk space that can be used.
•
On the File tab, you can specify a hard or soft limit on the number of files that can be used.
5.
Click OK.
6.
You can use the Quotas tab to verify the changes you made to the selected quota.
